Welcome to the North Village!
The North Village has something for everyone. 12,000 s.f. of retail along a promenade that includes high needs apartment units addressing Healdsburg’s “Missing Middle.” A Zen-inspired Senior Living Community, will feature community amenities such as an organic macrobiotic cafe, and community garden and yoga workshops. A small scale, bungalow-style hotel with beautiful room options for your out-of-town visitors, and a Charlie Palmer restaurant and rooftop bar for locals and tourists alike. The hotel property includes a grange, a community and event space with rental availability for the public in addition to two pools, a spa and fitness center which will also allow degrees of community access.
We Heard You.
The North Village was created by Healdsburg residents for Healdsburg residents. Locals were vocal about the lack of affordable housing options in Healdsburg, the lack of services along the north end of town, and options for public event rental space for weddings or family and professional events. We started this project by learning and listening to what our community needed most and creating from there.
The North Village is now fully entitled and site work is underway. The North Village entities are slated to open in the fall of 2023. The project is designed to obtain a LEED Certification, which is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership.
